Welcome, little princess

I have too many series going on so it's all slow going. Here is another fan child of Fluttershy and Big Mac, in the setting of what would have been the sequel to Harbinger.  You already met Morning Glory, their eldest. This is Solara, their middle child.

In the world of Harbinger, alicorns are not created but born when the current ruling alicorns are due to pass their powers on. Toward the end of the story Luna tells the mane six that she can feel her time, as well as Celestia's time, is coming to a close. Knowing this, the survivors of the Harbinger war look out for the birth of a new alicorn. When Solara was born. Fluttershy was devastated. She knew her daughter would be given a choice, as Cadance was, to become a ruling princess. And if Solara chose to follow in Celestia's ruling it would mean a life of loss and sacrifice. It was with great reluctance and no small amount of fear that Solara accepted and earned her cutie mark. Celestia has great faith in Solara, but the filly is uncertain she can ever live up to Celestia's legacy.
