Giant Doctor Whooves

Who wouldn't love a giant Doctor Whooves to add to their collection? He's got the spikey hair, the neck tie and collar. He's even got a little Sonic Screwdriver in his mouth! Also, in case you missed it, he's huge! He was a carefully sculpted-over Pinkie Pie base, hand painted with acrylics and sealed with both glossy and matte Mod Podge to protect from damage, then had new shiny hair sewn in, washed, conditioned, and gelled just a bit to give him his customary spikes.
